Background, Motivation and Objective Pneumatic actuators have potential to downsize because they have simple structure.However many control devices that can control pneumatic actuators continuously are large volume and weight.We have designed the flow control valve driven by PZT vibrator.This control valve is small volume and light weight and it can control air flow smoothly.This valve fit to control small pneumatic actuators.
