轻度认知功能障碍是介于大脑正常老化和老年痴呆的一种认知缺损状态,随着年龄增长,MCI发生率随之增长趋势明显。中医认为本病病机为本虚标实,虚实夹杂。灸法作为中国传统疗法,对MCI有显著的临床疗效,成为目前预防老年痴呆重要的方法之一。
