关于开放人学网络平台与资源--服务地方全民终身学习的思考与实践

国家中长期教育改革发展纲要提出,要大力发展现代远程教育,建设以卫星、电视和互联网等为载体的远程开放继续教育及公共服务平台,为学习者提供方便、灵活、个性化的学习条件.国家开放大学率先落实了这个精神,强调了思想的开放、模式的开放、方法的开放,对象的开放.在从广播电视大学向国开的转型过程中,已经完善了平台的建设和改造.现在可以说国开的网络平台功能非常强大,通过改造新建整合学习资源,资源是丰富的、海量的.
