Electrolytic manganese residue(EMR)contains manganese sulfate extracted easily by rain eluviation,and causes serious pollution to the soil and water.About the removal of the easy leaching characteristics of EMR,the precipitation and air oxidation conditions of manganese ion were studied in the EMR mixed liquor of water solid ratio 40:1.
