  目的:研究长期给予普萘洛尔是否对被动吸烟诱导的COPD 大鼠肺及心脏有保护作用,研究动物模型中普萘洛尔干预后心肺组织基质金属蛋白酶2、9 (MMP-2、9),组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂1(TIMP-1)及胶原Ⅰ、Ⅲ(Col-Ⅰ、Ⅲ的变化。
