  复合材料机械连接结构以其可拆卸、连接可靠、技术成熟等特点而广泛应用于航空航天领域。然而,由于复合材料各向异性、脆性特性以及螺栓连接钻孔导致的应力集中等,复合材料螺栓连接易于发生损伤和失效,是结构的薄弱环节。单钉双剪螺栓连接是一种典型连接形式,其层压板的失效模式主要包含拉伸、剪切、挤压、劈裂和拉脱五种情况。为了更好地发挥复合材料机械连接结构的优良性能,深入研究其失效机理具有重要意义。
