病例1:女性,57 岁,入院前5 月内口腔反复出现水疱、糜烂,药物对症治疗效果不佳,未规律服用糖皮质激素.入院前半月躯干、四肢瘙痒,出现水疱、糜烂.近期体重下降5kg.查体:生命体征平稳,一般情况可,心肺腹查体未见异常.
