一、Apgar评分的历史回顾Apgar评分是由Dr.Virginca Apgar在1949年发明研究出来的,用于快速评估新生儿出生后一般状况的方法.其创新点在于归纳了临床医生可快速识别正常存在与否的五项临床指标,并加以量化,每项2分总分10分,以得分高低评价新生儿出生后的状况,该项研究成果于1953年正式发表.
