　　The genetic structure of 180 Sclerotinia sclerotiorum isolates representing 15 field populations from seven regions in Beijing China were analysed with eight polymorphic microsatellite loci.The results showed that the average number of alleles per locus was 2.16, and the mean polymorphic loci was 5.13.Analysis of molecular variance showed that there were about 36.28% of the total variations among groups, and 56.86% of the total variations within populations.
