Based on physics,chemistry and biology,Food Science and Engineering is a comprehensive applying discipline which is linked with agriculture and processing industry.Due to its incorporation of a diversity of knowledge in different fields,it is hard for students to comprehend the specialty and processing skill only through classroom teaching and short-term practice.Thus,the article advocates the orgainzational structure of combining learning with research and production; teaching management system of college-enterprise cooperation; as well as the teaching model of combining theory with practice.Meanwhile,the author presents some suggestions to improve teaching effect.
