Background,Motivation and Objective While high frame rate (HFR) flow mapping is nowadays possible using plane waves, it remains non-trivial to accurately track flow patterns with high spatiotemporal variations. In particular, due to the inherently low signal from blood, it is not straightforward to design an effective flow vector estimator that can perform consistently over a wide range of flow speeds.
