有机半导体的理性分子设计及其光电器件应用

有机半导体的分子设计是实现高效有机器件与新功能应用的重要途径.我们早在1996年提出了有机半导体的p-n分子设计,成功实现了电致发光材料的颜色可调,使得有机半导体的研究从经验模式上升的理性设计.在探索杂原子效应之后,我们最近探索了探索了金属引入有机半导体的金属结构效应,并成功实现了应用于控制电荷陷阱来调控电存储特性以及时间分辨单光子、多光子技术的生物影像与传感应用,探索了磷光光电子方向的研究.
