Coordinate level evaluation was a crucial problem for multi-project planning management.According to investigate the circumstances of multi-project environment,it was discovered that progress control of many projects were defeated because of galloping resources competitions and duration delay which were resulted in lack of effective coordination evaluation method for multi-project planning.The paper presented an evaluation method for coordinate level of multi-project planning based on grey relational analysis,which provided a new approach that project manager can confirm factor collection and easily calculate influence level between different projects.Above all,through analyzing the influence factors of different plans,the key factors restricting coordinate level for project planning were abstracted and its weight were obtained by the quantitative mapping between mood arithmetic operators and binary comparison.Then,the referring and comparing data rows were built by sequence of factor collection.Grey relational coefficient was calculated in terms of data rows and the influence of distinguish coefficient was analyzed.To converge a great deal of comparing information,the grey relational degree was computed combining with the factor's weight.The coordinate level of different plans was order by grey relational degree,and the result of evaluating sequence showed the coordinate level of multi-project planning.Furthermore,an example of multi-project planning on aircraft design enterprise was used to prove the feasibility and validity of method.
