Shenfu Coalfield non-hardened road led the unique soil structure after a long mechanical rolling.Compared with other types of roads, the soil erosion regular of Shenfu Coalfield is special.Sediment yield characteristic of the typical non-hardened road and the relationships between erosion and hydrodynamic parameters were studied by field artificial rainfall simulation. The results shows that 1) the difference of Reynolds number of upslope and downhill was the greatest when rainfall intensity was 2.0mm·min-1 in which flow regime of upslope and downhill runoff had been in a state of turbulence larger than this rainfall intensity.2) Runoff shear stress and runoff power presented a rise-stable process with rainfall lasting. The runoff kinetic energy presented a fall-stable process when rainfall intensity was greater than 1.5mm·min-1,while a rise-stable process under 1.0mm·min-1.The greater the rainfall intensity was,the worse stability of runoff kinetic energy was.The runoff shear stress, power and kinetic energy under 1.0mm·min-1 surpass 1.5mm·min-1 at 15th,6th and 3th min,respectively.3) The correlation of between sectional sediment yield and runoff shear stress, power and kinetic energy was worse when the rainfall intensity was 2.5 or 3.0mm·min-1.The degree of correlation was improved when separating the samples of capping mass erosion and hardstand erosion stage.4) Sectional sediment yield of capping mass erosion and hardstand erosion stage had significant power relations with Reynolds number, runoff shear stress, runoff power and runoff kinetic energy, respectively. The correlation degree between sectional sediment yield and runoff shear stress was the most significant.Rainfall intensity efficiently improves the prediction accuracy of sediment yield in hardstand erosion stage.Result from the study has an important scientific significance for establishing soil erosion model of non-hardened road in the mining area.
