With the increasing average lifespan,the incidence of Alzheimers disease(AD)has an alarming rise.AD is a neurodegenerative disease of the elderly that results in progressive memory loss and cognitive decline.The main pathological hall markers of AD are intracellular neurofibrillary tangles,extracellular β-amyloid(Aβ)plaques and neuro death,in addition,the blood brain barrier(BBB)has different degrees of defect.
