Dopamine (DA) is an important neurotransmitter catecholamine to transfer signals to brain cells according to body movements.It is necessary to maintain basal DA concentrations in the range of several nanomolars, as the abnormal concentration of DA can cause several neuralogical diseases, such as Parkiusons disease and Schizophrenia.A number of methods have been used for detecting DA in the past several decades.
