目的:引导骨再生(Guided Bone Regeneration,GBR)作为一种有效的骨增量技术,已被广泛用于临床,其中屏障膜的性能是决定疗效的关键.本实验以壳聚糖和胶原为材料,采用静电纺丝技术制备纳米纤维膜,对其成分结构及生物相容性检测;初步评级纳米纤维膜与冻干膜联合应用于引导骨缺损再生的效果.方法:1)、对壳聚糖、胶原、聚环氧乙烷(PEO)三者不同配比混合液的可纺性研究,制备壳聚糖-胶原纳
