目的:分析TIA患者血清氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)的水平变化,探讨其与ABCD2评分的联系,以期为短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者的病情监测与评估提供新的途径与方法.方法:分别检测82例TIA患者[根据ABCD2评分将其分为低危组(ABCD2≤3分,43例)和中高危组(ABCD2＞3分,39例)和55例健康对照者的血清ox-LDL水平,同时分析其血脂、白蛋白(Alb)、游离脂肪酸(NEFA)及
