The multi-component extraction systems have accurately described by establishing the balance state equations of the system.On the basis of the state equation of cascade-extraction system, bi-component equivalents to multi-component in process design are studied for rare earth extraction separation.The equivalent mixture extraction ratio in equivalent systems which are set up from two distribution components and the equivalent separation factor from two groups separated components are calculated by formulas.
