很多人认为8月31日是房地产的大限为此而忧心忡忡,我认为大可不必。因为房地产市场的兴衰、并不是由土地供应机制所决定的。真正的核心要素在于市场的需求,只要中国经济持续的发展,城市化进程的逐步推进,商品房的需求量将保证房地产市场的稳步发展。
