炉缸碳砖的侵蚀程度决定着高炉寿命,如何采取合理有效的措施缓解炉缸碳砖的过快侵蚀,是炼铁工作者的一项重要任务。对护炉各项措施有的仍处于摸索阶段,待后续的实践证明。护炉特殊时期,操作难度加大,消耗理论上比正常炉况要高。要在护炉期间保证炉况顺行良好,指标优化,一是要制定合理的送风、装料等各项操作制度,在顺行的基础上提高煤气利用,降低能耗,二要提高操作和管理水平,建立完善的管理和考核制度,最后要保持稳定的原燃料条件,只有这样才能为护炉期间节能降耗打好基础,使操作指标得到优化。

本文以首钢京唐两座5500m3高炉炉缸炉衬温度为研究对象,介绍了京唐高炉的炉缸结构和炉缸炉衬温度监测点的分布,选择炉底中心、炉缸象脚区、铁口区等代表性位置的温度测点,采集了开炉至今的温度实时数据,进行了温度趋势分析、传热计算、侵蚀趋势及1150℃等温线剖面计算模拟,为综合评价炉缸侵蚀状况提供一个简单的分析方法,为高炉长寿操作提供参考.
首钢京唐拥有两座5500m3高炉,在两座高炉设计和建设过程中,通过对高炉各部位耐材的合理选择、耐材结构优化,严格的施工质量控制,使相对薄弱的炉缸、铁口、风口带、炉腹等关键部位得以强化.笔者结合首钢京唐5500m3高炉建设及实际使用经验,从选材及结构改善方面,对京唐高炉所进行的优化予以阐述.
