Objective: To detect the mRNA expression levels of Dicerl,Drosha, D GCR8, and Ago2 in patients with PGI-DLBCL and to determine their prognostic values.Methods: A total of 40 PGI-DLBCL patients and 30 age-and sex-matched healthy donors were enrolled in this study.Tissue samples were pulverized under liquid nitrogen with a pestle and mortar.Approximately 20 to 30 mg of tissue was used for RNA extraction.The expression levels of Dicer1, Drosha, DGCR8,and Ago2 mRNA were detected using real-time quantitative PCR.The correlation between the expressions of these enzymes is determined using the Spearman test.Furthermore, the PGI-DLBCL patients were divided into high-expression and low-expression groups according to the results, such as the high-and low-dicerl groups, to evaluate their prognostic values further using the Kaplan-Meier analysis.
