  乏氧是肿瘤细胞的一个重要特征。[1-2]乏氧会导致肿瘤中各种还原酶数量增加,如硝基还原酶(NTR)、偶氮还原酶等。其中硝基还原酶可将硝基还原为氨基。另外,BODIPY染料具有刚性共轭共平面结构,易于修饰,光物理化学性质优异。[3]目前基于BODIPY染料靶向溶酶体的探针已经被报道[4],但是靶向溶酶体并检测乏氧环境的BODIPY荧光探针仍然是一个挑战。
