Along with science development, we need to separate more and more complex.Efficient separation methods are needed.Capillary electrophoresis (CE) and capillary electrochromatography (CEC) methods have already been developed, besides the traditional gas chromatography (GC) and liquid chromatography (LC).Separation modes have already developed from one dimension to multi-dimension.At present, researchers are paying more and more attention to the two dimension (2D) CE.It plays an important role for biological samples separation.The design and stability of the interface is very important in two dimension separation.It has become the bottleneck of this technique and has not made a breakthrough.Its research is still in primary stage.
