"Kit房屋加强版"是Canducci Holzservice和意大利马尔凯理工大学建筑系合作项目,目标在于革新Kit预制房屋的生产线.这条"Kit房屋"生产线的概念是,以节能的方式供应临时房屋组件.而这些组件可以方便的运输和组装.而这些所谓的"粗制"组件需要经过结构、保温、安装和表面处理才能完成,相比"Kit房屋"系统,其过程繁琐、操作周期长.而"Kit房屋加强版"试图解决这一系列的问题.它提出"灵活"的概念,用一系列的附件和分类,以改变生产线的基本产品.研究的基本概念在于,把建筑看成是系统建筑的母体,而以适应生产线要求的"M1 BSP"十字平面和木板材为基础.Kit房屋支持大量和组合使用的要求.大量的单元可以构成营地、度假别墅、救灾村等临时建筑;纵向的单元组合也可以多层的住宅或者度假村."Kit房屋"的特征是使用可以更新的材料和组合方式,符合意大利节能建造标准.同时为创造达标的环保建筑,符合意大利人造材料协议的"环保级别"成为可能.
