Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficiency of the combined application of prefabricated titanium mesh, pedicled buccal fat pad flap and autologous bone graft in the reconstruction of zygomaticomaxillary defect. Methods: Three-dimensional model simulation and rapid prototyping techniques were performed in 11 patients with zygomaticomaxillary defects resulted from tumor ablation.Titanium mesh was prefabricated according to the individual facsimile model in which the affected zygomaticomaxillary was reconstructed by mirroring the healthy one of the opposite side to the affected side.Pedicled buccal fat pad flap was serving as the lining of maxillary sinus and as the recipient bed for the autologous bone grafts from iliac crest.During the follow-up, the participants underwent follow-up computed tomography scan examinations and appearance assessments.
