轮廓整合的时空动态加工机制

  目的:探究轮廓整合所涉及脑区在加工过程中的相对作用及其动态交互加工机制。方法:实验一结合功能磁共振成像技术来考察不同层级视皮层在轮廓整合加工过程中的动态变化。实验二通过实时经颅磁刺激技术进一步在因果关系上验证了轮廓整合的动态回返加工机制。结果:实验一发现高级脑区(V3B,LO)以持续增强的方式表征轮廓信息,而低级视皮层(V1,V2)则表现出激活再激活的表征模式,这些结果提示轮廓整合涉及反馈加工。实验二则发现影响早期视皮层的关键时间窗表现为早晚分离的模式,进一步确认了早期视皮层在轮廓整合中的动态参与方式。结论:当前研究说明轮廓整合通过高级脑区与低级脑区的交互作用共同完成,需要回返通路的参与。
