  Resenctly, carbon composites are considered as a promising materials for future underwater vehicle structures because of their corrosion resistance, high specific modulus and strength.In the underwater application operated in deep sea, buckling and failure dominate structural safty.The maximum buckling and failure loads are changed depending on the stacking sequence of composite.The optimum points are also different following the structural geometry.
