Objective The aim of this study is to analyze the clinical and endoscopy presentations of upper gastrointestinal bleeding (UGIB), in Chinese children.Methods A descriptive retrospective analysis was carried out on the medical records of the patients from 4 tertiary referral centers for pediatric surgery and endoscopic interventions in China.Children and adolescents aging 0-18 years who presented with UGIB and performed with upper endoscopy were recruited in the survey over a period of 10 years (2003 to 2012).
