Fabrication of Poly(Ether Imide)/BaTi4O9 Composites for the Microwave Flexible Substrate Application

  In this paper, the poly(ether imide) (PEI)/BaTi4O9 (BT4) composites are newly designed for application on microwave flexible substrates.The BT4 ceramic powder is chosen to be mixed with PEI to form PEI/BT4 composites, the effects of the content of BT4 filler on the physical and their relative permittivity are developed.Differential thermal analysis (DTA) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) for PEI/BT4 composites can be used to determine the weight loss, thermal degradation temperature (Td) and endothermic-exothermic peak.
