【摘 要】
：
双斑獐牙菜具有抗糖尿病活性,为阐明双斑獐牙菜治疗糖尿病的化学物质基础,对双斑獐牙菜全草的90％乙醇提取物进行了研究.醇提物分别用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取.石油醚部位经反复硅胶柱层析、重结晶等方法,分离得到4个化合物(1-4)(见图1),利用波谱数据并结合参考文献对其结构进行了鉴定,均为已知化合物,其中化合物2和4为首次从该植物中分离得到.
