　　Polymorphic crystals for medicine have different stability,solubility and bioavailability by their crystal structures.Indomethacin(IMC)is one of typical substances,which has α-form and γ-form.α-form is metastable form and has higher bioavailability than γ-form.γ-form is stable form and used as commercial preparation.Both polymorphs are required to the products for different purpose,so controlling of polymorphic crystals is desired in crystallization process.
