Objective: To understand the exposure levels and influencing factors of phthalate metabolites among two years old infants in rural area.Methods: A method for the determination of 13 phthalate metabolites, including MMP, MEP, MCHP, MiBP, MBP, MBzP, MEHP, MEHHP, MEOHP, MECPP, MOP, MCPP, MNP in human urine, using solid-phase extraction(SPE) and isotope dilution-high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)-electrospray ionization (ESI)-tandem mass spectrometry(MS), was established in lab.
