目的 为医院正确处理超说明书用药现象提供参考.方法 分析现存的超说明书现象的定义、相关问题、出现的原因,及其所带来的困扰,提出对策.超说明书用药容易引起医疗纠纷,并且为纠纷时责任的归属增加难度,给病患健康造成潜在的风险,同时给制药企业增加了法律风险.
