中华民族精神是中国文化的本质和核心。它的存在,广泛地表现在中华民族的物质文化、精神文化和生活实践中,特别集中地反映在中华民族的各种意识形态中,并深深地渗透到中华民族的思维、语言和社会心理中。其发展与中华民族各个时代的精神紧密相联。时代精神是一个民族在一个时代由其特殊的精神需要、精神状态和精神力量所构成的精神特征。在宋代,中华民族精神与宋代的时代精神结合的体现便是宋学精神。宋学精神的根本点,是在于儒学复兴。宋学精神对宋代福州文化进步的推动,体现为宋代福州理学的昌盛与科举文化的发达。
The Chinese nation is the essence and core of Chinese culture. Its existence is widely manifested in the material culture, spiritual culture and life practice of the Chinese nation, with a special focus on the various ideologies of the Chinese nation and its deep penetration into the thinking, language and social psychology of the Chinese nation . The fundamental point of Song Xue spirit lies in the revival of Confucianism. The spirit of Song Xue promoted the cultural progress of Fuzhou in the Song Dynasty, manifested as the prosperity of Fuzhou Neo-Confucianism and the development of the imperial examination culture in the Song Dynasty.
