Background Calcium lesion is always with bad outcomes or complications including small acute lumen gain,stent underexpansion,incomplete apposition,vessel dissection and vessel loss.However,which parameter of calcium is the main factor infecting these is unknown.This study was designed to evaluate how calcified parameters (including calcium arc,calcium length ratio and calcium index) influence the results of PCI.
