室性心律失常是临床上最常见的心律失常，严重影响着人们的健康和生活质量，药物、经皮导管射频消融和植入器械只能治疗部分患者，多形性室性心动过速、心室颤动等恶性室性心律失常仍然不能得到有效治疗。室性心律失常的发作与心脏的植物神经支配密切相关。
