背景:Galectin-3 (Gal-3)是一个重要的肿瘤相关抗原,同时参与肿瘤相关的多条信号通路调节,同时兼具免疫正性作用及负性调节作用.Gal-3在不同的肿瘤中表达有较大差异,在人类乳腺癌细胞系及活检样本之间也不恒定,但小鼠4T1乳腺癌细胞系高表达Gal-3.低分子柑橘果胶(LCP)是Gal-3分子的天然配体,被报道具有拮抗Gal-3信号通路的能力从而抑制多发性骨髓瘤等细胞系的迁移、转移能力.目的:本研究首先建立4T1小鼠乳腺癌同种异体移植瘤模型,为评价LCP在拮抗Gal-3分子信号通路后,是否具有5-fluorouracil(5-FU)化疗协同增敏作用进行了阐述.
