The patient, male, 14 years old, with slender urinary stream for 9 years and dysuresia for 2 years as the chief complaints was admitted to our hospital.9 years ago, he was found with slender urinary stream, accompanied with frequent micturition and decreasing urinary output than before but without obvious dysuresia.2 years ago, he was found with dysuresia,long period of urination, odynuria, and the inflated lump in the juncture of penis and scrotum, without history, of urethra dilatation treatment and foreign body in urethra.1 year ago he had acute urine retention twice, and the situation released after urethral catheterization.For further treatment, he came to our hospital.
