  Water management problem is very important in the operation and design of a PEM fuel cell,because it greatly affect the cell performance and durability,which is one of the main issues preventing its commercialization in automotive applications.[1] Poor water management will lead flooding issues in catalyst layer,gas diffusion layer,even gas flow channel.
