目的:趋化因子Chemerin是新发现的脂肪因子,它可以诱导单核细胞衍生的树突状细胞和巨噬细胞跨过血管内皮向炎症部位迁移聚集,发挥其在免疫炎症过程中的作用,而单核细胞粘附和跨血管内皮迁移在As发病的早期具有极其重要的作用.血管旁脂肪组织是活跃的内分泌器官,其分泌的脂肪因子由外向内与动脉管壁相互作用,直接影响As的发生发展.本课题通过体外实验研究冠状动脉旁脂肪组织分泌的Chemerin对人外周血单核细胞粘附及跨内皮细胞迁移功能的影响,分析其在动脉粥样硬化形成早期的作用,为进一步探讨冠状动脉旁脂肪组织以及Chemerin对动脉粥样硬化发生发展的影响及机制提供理论基础.
