Application of Structure Optimization in Typical Cabin Design of Aircraft

  In order to minimize the weight of inter-stage segment, structure optimization is applied.First, finite element model of inter-stage segment is established.Then, strength analysis of the structure is studied.Sensitivity analysis of structure parameters which belong to inter-stage section is analyzed, and structure parameters which extremely influence the mass of inter-stage segment, stiffness and maximum stress are taken as design variable, structure stiffness and maximum stress are seen as constraint condition and minimum mass is regarded as objective function.In addition, inter-stage segment which is respectively subjected to axial load(case 1), bending moment (case 2), joint effects of axial load and bending moment(case 3)is optimized to achieve the purpose of light weight, and the optimization results show that case 3 is closer to actual situation.Finally, buckling analysis of optimized structure is discussed.The structure optimization has important significance to engineering.
