使用火花源原子发射光谱仪测定0.2~1 mm之间的不锈钢薄板中的铬元素含量,常常会因为样品不平整和分析时间过长导致样品含量不准确或被击穿,通过更改分析条件确定分析时间15 s,氩气流量8 L/min,预燃电压0.55 V,通过参阅相关资料确定使用80#砂纸磨光表面;使用薄片样品专用夹具.
