Objectives: The purpose of this investigation was to clarify the spread conditions of Fluoride Mouth Rinsing Programme (S-FMR) throughout Japan.Methods: The latest survey, the third joint with 8020 Promotion Foundation, WHO Collaborating Center for Translation of Oral Health Science and NPO-JPUF, was conducted in 2012.Questionnaires were sent to manager of oral health in all 47 prefectures having own public health centers (recovery rate 100%).
