早发性肝癌HBV高频整合位点的发现及功能研究

  HBV感染是肝细胞癌(HCC)发生的重要原因.但长期以来有两个现象令人困惑:同样是感染乙肝病毒,20%左右的人发病年龄低于30岁,40%以上的HBV携带者发病年龄大于70岁或终生不发生HCC.其次,HCC发病具有明显的家族聚集性,在同一家庭中HCC发病年龄常常比较接近.较之晚发肝癌,早发肝癌起病更为隐匿,不容易发现,而且恶性程度更高,预后更差,研究早发肝癌的发病机制对于预防和治疗早发肝癌意义重大.
