本研究选用仔猪做试验动物,探讨在饲料中添加安琪活性干酵母对仔猪生长性能以及血液相关的各项指标、T淋巴细胞转化率的影响。研究主要分以下几部分。1活性干酵母对仔猪生长性能影响目的:为研究活性干酵母对断奶仔猪和哺乳仔猪生长性能的影响。方法:选取72头杜长大仔猪,分为4个组,3个试验组即高剂量组、中剂量组、、低剂量组和1个对照组,其中高剂量组为原基础日粮添加1500g/T活性干酵母,中剂量组添加J000g/T,低剂量组添加700g/T的活性干酵母;对照组为原基础日粮。并通过对哺乳母猪添加1000g/T的活性干酵母,进行活性干酵母对仔猪生长性能的研究,记录仔猪的腹泻率,日增重,并计算料肉比等。结果:饲料中添加活性干酵母可以提高断奶仔猪的日增重、降低料肉比,显著控制仔猪腹泻的发生,其中中剂量组(1000g/T)的饲料转化率、腹泻率与空白对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);母猪饲料中添加1000g/T的活性干酵母能够降低仔猪腹泻率提高仔猪日增重,且差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:无论在断奶仔猪还是在哺乳母猪的饲粮中添加一定量的活性干酵母,对仔猪的生产性能均有明显的改善。2活性干酵母对仔猪血液生化指标的影响目的:为研究活性干酵母对断奶仔猪血液生化指标、抗氧化指标的影响。方法:选取72头杜长大仔猪,分为4个组,其中高剂量组为原基础日粮添加1500g/T活性干酵母,中剂量组添加1000g/T,低剂量组添加700g/T的活性干酵母;对照组为原基础日粮。于试验第24天采血,每个组随机采3头,通过对血清ALT、AST、LDH、MDA、SOD活性和血清总蛋白含量的测定。结果:中剂量添加组为最优组,能够显著改善仔猪的血液生化指标。结论:在断奶仔猪日粮添加一定量的活性干酵母,对仔猪血液生化指标和抗氧化功能有一定的改善作用。3活性干酵母对仔猪T淋巴细胞的影响目的:为研究活性干酵母对断奶仔猪T淋巴细胞数量的影响。方法:选取72头杜长大仔猪,分为4个组,其中高剂量组为原基础日粮添加1500g/T活性干酵母,中剂量组添加1000g/T,低剂量组添加700g/T的活性干酵母;对照组为原基础日粮。于试验第24天采血,每个组随机3头,涂片染色,镜检,计数。结果:添加中剂量组的ANAE阳性的淋巴细胞数比对照组显著提高(P<0.01),而添加高剂量组、低剂量组的ANAE阳性的淋巴细胞数比对照组相比,差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:在断奶仔猪的日粮中添加一定量的活性干酵母,可明显改善仔猪的免疫功能。The effect of adding active dry yeast to the feedstuff on its growth performance, blood biochemical parameters, anti-oxidation and immune parameters was explored by selecting piglets as test animal in this study.The paper was mainly divided into the following sections.1 Effects of active dry yeast on piglet growth performanceObjective:To study the effect of active dry yeast on growth performance of weanling piglets and suckling piglets.Methods:Seventy two Duroc X Landrace X Largeorkshire hybrid piglets were randomly divided into four groups, three experimental groups(namely high-dose group、middle dose group、low-dose group)and a control group,among which high-dose group was fed the originally basal diet with which 1500g/T active dry yeast was supplemented, middle dose group fed similar diet supplemented with 1000g/T active dry yeast, low-dose group fed supplemented diet with 700g/T active dry yeast;the control group was fed the original basal diet. And also nursing sows were fed the diet to which active dry yeast was add 1000g/T in order to study the effect of active dry yeast on piglet growth performance by recording piglet diarrhea ratio, average daily weight gain and calculating feed conversion rate, etc. Results:Adding active dry yeast to the diet can increase average daily gain and reduce feed-meat ratio of weaned piglets and significantly control the occurrence of piglet diarrhea, and compared with that of the blank control group the difference of the feed conversion rate and diarrhea rate between middle dose group (1000g/T) and the control was significant(P<0.05); and at the same time,adding the active dry yeast 1000g/T to the sow’s feed can reduce the piglet diarrhea ratio and increase piglet daily weight gain and the difference was significant
