单分子膜上诱导沉积纳米金属银膜的研究

该论文主要研究在单分子膜下沉积金属,并通过SEM对其进行表征.以银氨溶液和酒石酸钾钠溶液作为镀液的主要成分,在气/液界面硬脂酸单分子膜上化学沉积了金属银.论文考察了溶剂类型、镀液浓度、镀液配比、单分子膜表面压等对银膜质量的影响,确定了最佳实验条件为:银氨溶液浓度为0.05mol/L,酒石酸钾溶液浓度为0.15mol/L,二者以体积比1:2混合,然后在其上滴加浓度为0.1mg/ml硬脂酸的氯仿溶液,单分子膜表面压为25mN/m~35mN/m.从SEM照片上可以看出,所得银膜表面光滑、细致、均匀.TEM测试结果表明银膜为面心立方结构.控制反应时间可以得到纳米厚度银薄膜.实验中发现,当镀液表面无单分子膜在存在十八醇单分子膜时,镀液表面无银的化学沉积,沉积只发生在带负电性较强的硬脂酸单分子膜上.通过改变十八醇和硬脂酸混合成膜物的比较,获得了不同形貌的银膜.
