In our country, real estate management(REM) lies in the originalstage, but it develops rapidly. However, it will have unfavorableinfluence on the development of REM without a correct guidance. Atpresent, there are so many contradictions and dispute about REM thatit’s difficult to solve them. Legislation lag is one of the importantreasons.In this Paper, strengthening legality construction was Put forwardas a significant project, Under the analyzation of the current situationof REM.Owing to the wide scope of REM, this article mainlyresearched on the residence REM. And it falls into four chapters.The first chapter: analyze the current situation of REM in ourcountry; point out the problems and the necessary of the legislation ofREM.The second chapter: expound the law relation of REM,mainlyresearch on the text relating to REM, which is REM contract.The third chapter: mainly discuss the owner convention, which hasfirsthand data of REM, the character, concluding, going into effect etcwere studied respectively.The last chapter: probe the other problem of REM, including theREM company system, charge of REM, contradictions’ solvent and soon.
