Afier more than 30 years of reform and opening up and the development andaccumulation,the Chinese private enterprise in our country has become an importantpart of the national economy.The<2011 world investment report>showed that in2010,the Chinese foreign direct investment flow,respectively take up the worldstock of 5.2％and 1.6%.FDI flow in 2010 was over Britain and Japan for the firsttime in the Sth.Private enterprises which took up 32.5%of FDI flow in 2010,hasbecome a new force.But the financial crisis made the global economy in recession,Europe debt crisis is hanging in the European Union,Some area is in the warcontinuously,the world economic and political environment has changed greatly,itis both Opportunities and challenges.Chinas excellent economic performancesbecome the worlds attention during the Financial crisis.Private enterprises in Chinais also seizing this opportunity,make FDI in succession,but because the complexityof the international economic environment and management,the private enterprisemaking foreign direct investment faces many risks,performance is not optimistic.
The risk of private enterprises foreign direct investment is divided into fivecategories:political risk,foreign exchange risk,investment decision-making risk,management risk and operating risk.Then respectively for each kind of risk,weoffer the corresponding control measures and provide details to the Chinesegovernment that in what aspects should they support the FDI of private enterprise.
