本试验采用盆栽土培,选用NC89品种,设置pH4.5、5.5、6.5、7.5、8.5五个处理,在吉林省的气候条件下进行试验,研究了土壤酸碱度对烤烟叶片内各种保护酶活性及物质生产的影响,结论如下: 1、土壤pH值对烤烟叶片膜质过氧化及保护酶活性的影响 生长初期,土壤pH值与膜透性和POD活性基本呈负相关。pH值从4.5到8.5、细胞膜透性随之减小,POD活性下降:而SOD、CAT活性和MDA含量则是随着pH值的升高而增加。成熟期,随土壤pH的升高
